We are an Oregon local couple with two adorable and bratty Sulcata tortoises. We love Oregon and want to give everyone else a chance to love it too. Giving people an opportunity to have a little piece of Oregon without having to leave the comfort of their own homes.
As Bendites, we wanted to create a hub where local Oregon artists, and a few hand selected artists/companies from across the U.S, of all kinds from soap, art, candles, etc, can showcase their work in one place.
Encouraging new artists and being a foundation for them to grow more confidence and thrive from is our specialty. Giving new artists the proof that they need that their passion can turn into something more, if they want it too.
New and Seasoned artists can stay and work with us and/or create their own business. We provide the foot traffic, they provide amazing products that people love.

My family moved to Bend, Oregon, in 2010 and I fell in love with all of what Bend had to offer. I’m nervous about starting a new business venture, but I think I’m more excited than anything else.
Throughout middle school, high school, and college I saw people and friends make amazing things, whether it was fine art or food. This website is all about giving people, like the ones I saw growing up, a chance to showcase their amazing talents.
We aren’t stopping at artists, however, our website is for Oregon business owners as well. By featuring both business owners and artists of all kinds on our website, my wife and I are hoping to support and grow our beloved Oregon community even more.

I was born and raised in Bend, Oregon. When I was 16 months old, I was accidentally hit in the head with a baseball bat and sustained a traumatic brain Injury.
Fitting in anywhere has always been a challenge for me. I’ve never been good enough for almost every job I’ve ever had; I always had to do better, even though I was already doing the best I could. For me, this business is about finally carving out a little peace for myself where, no matter what, I finally fit in.
I found yoga and fell in love. I’m certified in yoga Nidra, Yin yoga, Restorative yoga, Hot Stone Restorative yoga, Meditation, Neurosomatic yoga, Prenatal yoga, Chair yoga, Yoga Therapy, Breath work, Aerial yoga, Crystal Singing Bowls, and Tuning Forks. I’ll also be featured on our website.
My husband and I are sick and tired of being sick and tired. Sick of the grind; the rat race. Sick of a system that was never designed to help people, but grind them into their graves. For us, this business is about supporting the people like us; the people who had the courage to say “No more.”
